Shopping on the Website
o BROWSING
Hopefully we have made browsing the online shop as easy as it should be. Use the navigation bar on the left of the screen to choose the section of the shop you wish to visit. This will usually take you to front page of each department, which lists all the sub sections. You can use the 'BACK' button on your browser to go back a page and click the 'HOME' button at any time to take you back to the index page.
o BUYING
Most products will have an 'ADD TO BASKET' button beneath them, which you can click to buy that product. This will open a new window with your secure basket listing all the items you've purchased. Other items will offer you a 'SELECT' drop down list, make your selection and then Click the 'ADD TO BASKET' button. .
o REMOVING ITEMS FROM THE BASKET
To remove an item, simply check the box (in your basket) next to the item and click the 'UPDATE BASKET' button to remove it.
o VIEWING THE BASKET
All the pages have a 'VIEW BASKET' button on them (look in the top right corner of the page), simply click on this to open the window which contains your basket/purchases.
o POSTAGE
Postage will be added to your total when you go to the check out. Postage is calculated on a sliding scale, according to how much you have spent.
o PAYPAL
Is a reputable company which provides a secure method of making online payments. You do not have to have a paypal account, although they are very useful if you do a lot of shopping on Ebay or other auction sites. You can pay with any major credit card and it's easy and fast. Once you've made the payment you will receive an email confirming your payment.
o SHOPPING BY POST OR PHONE
If you prefer not to purchase online you can download the catalogue and order form. You will be able to print the order form, fill it in and post it to us with your cheque, credit card details or postal order. You can also make orders by phone if you like, but there is often an answer phone on during the day so evenings and weekends are best. Be sure to include a phone number or email address so we can let you know when we've dispatched your goods.
